1. Overview

Nebula Scientific (“we,” “us,” “our”) guarantees delivery of vape hardware products within the promised lead time, plus a defined delivery window, subject to the terms outlined below. If we fail to meet this commitment, customers may be eligible for a flat order credit towards a future order.

 

2. Guaranteed Delivery Timeline

• The standard quoted lead time for delivery is 8-weeks from order confirmation.

• A delivery window of 2 additional weeks is applied before the guarantee takes effect.

• If delivery occurs after this total period (10-weeks), the customer qualifies for a credit.

 

3. Eligibility & Scope

• The guarantee applies only to confirmed orders where full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.

• The guarantee applies only to the delivery point and responsibilities as defined by the agreed Incoterms for the order.

 

4. Exclusions & Force Majeure

The guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God & Force Majeure – Natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, strikes, etc.

• Government Interventions – Customs delays, regulatory actions, import/export restrictions, etc.

• Carrier Issues – Equipment failures, labor shortages, transit disruptions, etc.

• Factory Issues – Unexpected shutdowns, machinery failures, material shortages, etc.

• Customer Delays – Failure to provide required approvals, incorrect documentation, or incomplete payment.

 

5. Compensation for Delayed Delivery

If delivery occurs beyond the guarantee period, customers receive a flat order credit based on 3% of the order value.​​​​​​​​

• Credit is applied toward the customer’s next order.

• Credit is non-transferable and must be used within 90-days from issuance.

 

6. Claim Process

• Customers must submit a claim in writing within 5 business days of receiving the delayed order.

• Claims must include the original order number, proof of delay, and any supporting documentation.

• We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved credits will be applied to the next order.

 

7. Modifications & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the guarantee at any time and without notice.

• Orders that are modified, split, or rescheduled at the customer’s request are not eligible.
